Free Delivery as standard. No minimum order, no hidden extras - just free delivery anywhere in mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales)

We're sorry but we can not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or any offshore locations i.e. Channel Islands.

If you want to order an item and it's out of stock we can take your order via telephone and contact you to arrange delivery to your door at a date that suits you. We don't charge as most deliveries are done in the evening when someone is home and we may well be on our way home too!

If you prefer we have plenty of parking options but if you need something big or bulky delivered and live in any AL or SG postcode, we'll deliver the same day, free of charge (in stock items only). We can also deliver larger items such as furniture and other orders anywhere from the M25/A1 Junction to A1 Junction 12 and surrounding areas, just let us know.

Please Note: Free Delivery only applies to items for delivery within UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not ship outside of the UK.

When and How?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Our Internet Fulfilment team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise but remember delivery is free so unless otherwise specified delivery is usually within 4-5 working days. This does not include Weekends.

We consolidate our orders to get the lowest possible shipping and delivery rates so please don't expect next day courier delivery on an item purchased for £1.99!

If your order is trackable you can check it's progress via details included in your shipping confirmation email.

Large orders and Furniture installations will require pre-booking and you will be contacted either by ourselves or the manufacturer themselves to arrange. Details will be send via email but we may need to contact your by telephone so please ensure you provide a good contact number, usually a mobile is best.

Standard delivery is either via Royal Mail or our selected courier services, Royal Mail can take 3-5 working days from despatch in most instances and Courier is usually a Next Working Day service but please contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days from shipping notification (if not stated otherwise on product description).
